Father's Day Spread Seattle
We ordered the Father's Day Spread, Add On, extra order of Kare-kare and Bulalo. Food was good! However, the Pinakbet was bland, veggies are soggy and too watery. Please modify that menu. Also, though I understand it's Father's Day, could have scheduled extra staff. They are everywhere. The server who took our orders was not the one who served the food. I need to remind over and over what other menus are missing. Our water were not refilled. And the halo-halo! We ordered 7 and the first 2 were not freshly made - ice and ice-cream were melted. So embarrassing for our visitors who got them first. I was not furnished an itemized receipt. I only received the credit card transaction receipt. Unsolicited suggestion. Please make sure the restaurant is FULLY STAFFED especially in special occasions when busy crowd is a expected. Thank you!

Max's Crispy Pata is very juicy,crispy,big,and flavorful.The sauce is very good too! I always order Crispy Pata whenever I eat in Max's Restaurant.It's the best Crispy Pata I've ever tasted! Five stars is my rating!

The Big Game: 2 Cater Trays Seattle
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent catering order from Max's Restaurant. I had high hopes for the experience, but unfortunately, the palabok tray was quite disappointing. The noodles were extremely dry, with no trace of the palabok sauce. It appeared to be prepared more like pancit bihon rather than palabok. While the pork topping was generous, it did not taste fresh, which affected the overall quality of the dish. Palabok is known for its rich, flavorful sauce, so it was surprising that none was included. At the very least, a side of palabok sauce would have helped address the issue. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed for future catering orders, as we have always associated Max's with quality Filipino food and were expecting better. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.

Garlic Fried Rice review by Sydney
The BEST rice I've EVER had. I'm not a rice eater at all, because it's always just so plain and too much of a filler for me to eat with another entree. But this garlic fried rice is my favorite rice. I can eat it by itself and be completely and overly satisfied in doing so. So much flavor. I inhale this rice when I have it

We really appreciate receiving a freshly prepared pancit canton. We would suggest though that you use a more food safe container as the styrofoam started melting already by the time we ate it. Thanks.
